Monthly Programs
Monthly Meditation & Sil Program
We are conducting a Meditation Program and Sil Program in each month of the year. Both Programs are guidenced under Instructions of Ven. Pasadika Thero. We follow “Samatha” and “Vipassana” two main types of meditation methods. Those methods of practice bring about total peace to the mind.
Monthly Sil program are usually on the nearest Sunday to Full Moon Poya Day. This Program includes the eight precepts, Dhamma Sermons, Dhamma Discussions and Meditation. Everyone is welcome for the Programs.
(All monthly Meditation and Sil Programs are conducted in hired venues outside the monks’ residence)

As another significant step of Buddhist meditation Association of Australia efforts to disseminate Dhamma, Dhamsuwa Meditation Centre with the leadership of Ven. I. G. Pasadika Thero established at 285, Clonbinane Road, Clonbinane, Vic, 3658 (Monks Residence) under the patronage of Sri Kalyani Yogashrama Forest Monastic Tradition of Sri Lanka.
Dhamsuwa Meditation Centre will be a Monk’s residence and an online broadcasting centre for meditation programmes which in the near future will be moved to a suitable location and premises away from existing Buddhist Centres…
